Junior Camps - 4 day – 3 night camps for grades 3-6:              

• Camps are held at various ND campsites requiring less travel:
  
  • Heart Butte Farmers Union Camp – near Elgin
  • Mouse River Farmers Union Camp – near Velva
  • Wesley Acres Bible Camp – near Dazey
  • Lakewood Bible Camp – near Devils Lake
  • LaMoure County Memorial Park – near Grand Rapids
    

• Transportation may be provided by your county to and from camp where feasible.

Senior Camp - 5 day – 4 night camps for grades 7-12:

• Heart Butte Farmers Union Camp on Lake Tschida – near Elgin
  
• Transportation to and from camp is provided by NDFU where feasible.

1,400+ youth participate in cooperative focused leadership camps annually

• Campers organize & operate their own store selling snacks, beverages, and camp souvenirs, learning about and using the cooperative business model
  

• Campers are educated on various real life issues affecting their generation through hands on lessons, e.g.
  
  • Volunteerism
  • Government
  • Cultural diversity
  • Legislative process
  • Mock trials
  • Patriotism

• Other games and activities round out the camp experience, e.g.

  • Theme nights
  • Sports
