Unlock Your Power
North Dakota Farmers Union offers this educational training program to develop and enhance the knowledge and skills of its members. The seminar is designed to enhance personal skills as a community leader. This is an intense two-day workshop focused on hands-on skill development as a leader and advisor.
The “Unlock Your Power” seminar is particularly important to cooperative directors, civic leaders or someone considering a future leadership role, the seminar expands an individuals knowledge base and develops more effective, functional and trusted leaders.

NDFU Women's Conference
This conference is designed to allow the opportunity to expand leadership skills, enhance motivation and determination to become leaders.
Graduates of the conference are empowered to become more involved and possibly run for leadership positions in this state, whether it’s on a co-op board, local school board, city council, or legislative office.

Farmers Union Fly-Ins
Fly-ins allow participants an opportunity to gather in the nation’s capital and explain to members of Congress the challenges family farmers and ranchers currently face across rural America. They also explain how government policy impacts their lives all while gaining valuable experience on the Legislative process.
