Chris provides authorship, administration, supervision and production of the Union Farmer publication. He develops and coordinates educational and promotional materials for Farmers Union, Farmers Union Insurance and affiliated cooperatives
Assistant to the President/
Lucy’s role is to assist the president on all activities related to that office, including Board of Directors meetings, Board of Governors meetings, and state convention. She provides day-to-day management of associate staff, including work assignments and schedules; and oversees the day-to-day state office operations, including services provided through special contracts.
Dane is responsible for researching and analyzing topics of interest to the organization. He also supervises the Cooperative Outreach and Transportation departments.

Kristi Schlosser Carlson
Kristi serves as the chief legal advisor to the NDFU, FUMI and FUSA Boards of Directors, the President, and the FUSA/FUMI General Manager. Her role also includes managing the HR department. She serves as advisor for enterprise-wide activities, and is the Chief Privacy Officer for the company under the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
Sue prepares and/or provides all financial transactions, records, reports, payroll, deposits, expenditures and all other financial responsibilities necessary to maintain complete financial records of the organization.
Jessica serves as a statewide coordinator in connection with all Farmers Union members, Farmers Union elected officers, Farmers Union insurance agents, and affiliated cooperatives. She is instrumental in developing and implementing strategies for the membership programs. She manages the team of Member Relations Specialists.
As the Chief Accounting Officer for NDFU, FUMI and FUSA, Tania’s role is to manage the accounting department. She is also responsible for the organization’s financial statements, cost accounting, payroll, budgeting, tax compliance, and special analysis/reports.
Chelsey works directly with Farmers Union members, elected officers, insurance agents and affiliated cooperatives. She specializes in organizational development through cooperation, legislation and education, with an emphasis on member recruitment, engagement and support. She concentrates on Women in Leadership Development (WILD) events and new county officer training.
Brittany works with many aspects of social media and promotion of Farmers Union and Farmers Union Insurance. She is an integral part of the communications and marketing team, covering and promoting events, activities and Farmers Union ideals.
Amanda works directly with Farmers Union members, elected officers, insurance agents and affiliated cooperatives. She specializes in organizational development through cooperation, legislation and education, with an emphasis on member recruitment, engagement and support. She has a concentration in county board training and cooperative activities.
Jason works directly with co-op members, directors and managers of Farmers Union affiliated cooperatives, including manager associations. He provides educational services to boards and employees, strategic planning, and audit presentations.
Molly works directly with Farmers Union members, elected officers, insurance agents and affiliated cooperatives. She specializes in organizational development through cooperation, legislation and education, with an emphasis on member recruitment, engagement and support.
Mary works directly with Farmers Union members, elected officers, insurance agents and affiliated cooperatives. She specializes in organizational development through cooperation, legislation and education, with an emphasis on member recruitment, engagement and support. She concentrates on camp activities and helps coordinate state convention.
Pam oversees NDFU communications and marketing to meet organizational objectives, including advertising, promotional material and press releases. She contributes to the Union Farmer and serves as an NDFU lobbyist during the legislative session.
Kayla works to direct the organization’s policy making process and objectives involving state government affairs. She leads analysis of proposed legislative actions and determines the potential impact on the organization.
Tyrel provides technical hardware and software assistance to computer system users; configures and supports local/wide-area networks and internet connections; monitors and maintains network, desktop and laptop computers and associated software, user training, website management and basic video production. He also is involved in the design and development of NDFU programs.
Lisa works directly with NDFU, FUMI and FUSA employees, and their managers in the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. As HR generalist her responsibilities include employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, recruiting and staffing logistics.
Bri is instrumental in organizing and developing the Farmers Union Youth Program including summer camp. She works directly with Farmers Union members, elected officers, volunteers and members of the community to enhance and grow the Youth Program and the Camp Program. She manages camp operations including supervising the summer staff. She specializes in organizational development with an emphasis on educational member engagement and support.
Jennifer provides the educational strategic alignment and project management of assigned programs; along with the overall management of the National Farmers Union educational program for North Dakota Farmers Union.
Jeff provides the administration, record keeping, regulatory compliance, maintenance, scheduling and professional driving necessary to operate a private bus service for North Dakota Farmers Union.
You will likely not see the NDFU associates at meetings across the state, but you will no doubt at some point benefit from their expertise during one of your projects. Connie’s main duties are in the Cooperative Department, assisting with various projects and printing needs. She serves as secretary of the ND Cooperative Managers’ Association, assists with website maintenance, and with publication of the monthly Flickertale and BeeHive Buzz for Farmers Union Insurance.

Eunice works in the Membership Department, maintaining the membership database for the organization. She also is the main receptionist. She is available to assist both current and potential members with questions regarding membership.

Marsha works in the Education Department, maintaining youth records, assisting youth with registering for camps, youth awards, assists with the Union Farmer, and designs promotional materials for the organization.

Brenda assists the County Farmers Union organizations with their meeting notices and other printing needs, assists with the scholarship program and the ND Cooperative Directors’ Association. She also assists members with their classified ads for the monthly Union Farmer publication

Carma’s primary area of support is the Transportation Department. She is the main point of contact for tour participants, assisting with reservations and accepting payments.
